How does this work?
In short, pick your session length by reading the descriptions and you will be shown available times that fit. Click on "Book it" and you will be taken to a page with a form to fill out. Once this is complete you will recieve a confirmation to your email. Your artist will look at the information you have included and approve the time, notify you of any changes or notify you if you need to have a consultation first. You will recieve an invoice for the deposit, piercing amount or consultation and you are ready to go! If your artist has any questions about your design we will contact you to get the perfect design for you. Some tattoos require a drawing fee to be paid in advance. These are mainly larger pieces that require extensive custom design work. You will be notified and sent an invoice if this is needed.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY TATTOO?
3-4 weeks will allow your artist plenty of time to create your perfect design! We will be able to contact you with any ideas or questions we have and finalize your artwork.
HOW FAR OUT SHOULD I BOOK MY PIERCING?
1-2 weeks is greatly appreciated!
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A CONSULTATION?
Consultations are great for collaborating on ideas! Not quite sure what you want? Want some ideas? Want to book a large tattoo like a half sleeve or bigger? Need to coverup a past mistake? A consultation is for you!
WHICH SESSION LENGTH SHOULD I CHOSE?
1 hour is a perfect session for small tattoos that are less than 4 square inches. Small to medium lettering, symbols and other small art will fit perfectly with this booking.
2 hours is the minimum for work that requires 2 or more sessions. You may book more than one of these (some clients chose 2 hour sessions once a week) This is also perfect for tattoos approximately 8 square inches
3 hours is the ideal multi session length and is perfect for tattoos approximately 10 square inches.
4 hours is the maximum session per day and requires a consultation before booking. This is perfect for larger designs and repeat sessions.
All bookings are subject to approval and we will be sure to get you the perfect time set up.
DEPOSITS?
Deposits are required for all sessions. This payment goes towards the cost of your tattoo and secures your appointment date. Deposits are due within 24 hours of your invoice. The minimum deposit is $50. Deposits are non-refundable but if 48 hour notice for a reschedule is given your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date.
HOW DO I PAY?
After your booking you will receive a paypal invoice for your deposit from your artist. This invoice will allow you to pay through paypal with or without an account. The remaining balance may be paid in cash at your appointment or you may prepay any additional amount by requesting an adjusted invoice when you book your appointment. The price listed does not include aftercare costs or a gratuity tip.
IS THERE A MINIMUM STUDIO PRICE?
The shortest we book tattoo sessions is one hour.Simple fast designs may be charged less than the hourly fee. The minimum fee is $50.
WHAT DETAILS DO I NEED TO SEND?
Please fill out the form during booking as thoroughly as possible. Include size, location of the tattoo, a description of exactly what you are wanting and if possible reference photos of examples that you like. You will be contacted if there are any questions from your artist.
THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive well rested and eat within 2 hours of your appointment. Come dressed comfy! Only one large session is booked per day so the day is typically 100% yours! These sessions are one on one in a secure building so please let your artist know if you would like to bring a friend. Some session will be too busy to allow for company. Your design will be finalized and approved at your arrival. Feel free to bring a snack, drink, and music or a tablet. Plan to be at your appointment 1 hour longer than your session is booked for.
